Item Condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and inventory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

We do not charge hidden or unexpected fees.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds cover product cost only and exclude original shipping fees

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–7 business days after inspection

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.

Step 3: Send the Item Back

Please securely package the item in its original packaging and follow the provided instructions.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
